Yoga for Women Recovering from Heartbreak (YWRH) is a unique approach to healing, inspired by collaborations with Heather Embree of Blossoming Heart Healing.
YWRH is designed to bring you back into balance with your inner, divine self; because you are enough! This unique program integrates Yoga psychology, specific postures and intentional breathing practices to help address the needs and goals of each client. As a result of taking part in this Yoga programs, clients:
* experience physical, mental and emotional pain relief;
* grow in self-awareness, to recognize unhealthy habit patterns;
* feel nourished, restored and rejuvenated;
* tune into their needs and worthiness for healthy relationships and love;
* discover embodied feelings of self-acceptance and self-love;
* develop a deeper understanding of themselves and others in relationship
This program can be applied to private, one-on-one sessions or in a group setting. Private sessions include a take-home Yoga practice. The first private session is 1.5 hours in length, and subsequent sessions are 1 hour in length.
