Ayurvedic Blend Facial (Mukta Abhyanga)
This Ayurvedic Facial is especially crafted for you and your skin! According to Ayurveda, there are 5 elements that make up the 3 different mind/body types – Vata, Pitta or Kapha. Before your treatment begins, we will do a short assessment to learn more your skin type. All of our skin products are made with 100% organic and natural ingredients. Each face mask is handmade fresh from ingredients such as fresh yogurt, avocados and honey before each treatment.
This unique facial treatment goes beyond traditional expectations of a facial to include an integrated, full body experience. Guna Therapy (a gentle body rocking motion and light abdominal massage) is incorporated to enhance the properties of the ingredients used. To complement Guna, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (gentle movements that help flush toxins away from the lymph nodes) and Marma Point Therapy are applied to help detoxify and rejuvenate the skin. A deeply nourishing treatment that will leave you feeling completely restored and rejuvenated! Also includes a scalp massage and hot towel treatment.
Please note: The Ayurvedic Facial is not a clinical skin treatment. Treatment includes cleansing, exfoliation, steaming (no extractions at this time), hydrating mask, and moisturizing in order to boost the skin’s natural renewal process.
